The Paradiso team, chosen as the best cocktail bar in the world in 2022 by The World's 50 Best Bars, arrives at Monument Hotel to surprise our clients with their most incredible signature cocktails.
Every Wednesday from 7pm to 1am you can enjoy the liquid creations of Giacomo Giannotti and their bartenders at Hall0 Cocktail Bar and Oria Restaurant.
The Spirit of Monument
Besides a selection of Paradiso's iconic cocktails, such as Great Gatsby, Bacco per Bacco or The Cloud, Giacomo Giannotti and their creative team have created some special and exclusive cocktails for our hotel such as: Atlantide, a combination of Gin MG Paradiso, mastika liquer, marine cordial, redistilled bergamot and tomato water.
The Paradiso Cocktails are also the best accompaniment for the delicious side dishes created by our chefs Martín Berasategui and Gabriele Milani. An authentic gastronomic match that you can't miss.
