CHEF MARTIN BERASATEGUI’S BRUNCH

Monument Hotel's Sunday brunch is back, now twice a month - the first and third Sunday of each month. It is the perfect plan to savor Sunday with your partner, friends or family, enjoying the delicious gastronomic proposals prepared by Martín Berasategui's team.

Basque gastronomy will continue to be the protagonist of our brunch. There will be classics such as cod omelette, “kokotas”, fried hake, “txangurro” or “txuletón”, a tribute to the origins of Martín.

All this combined with our selection of fresh dishes, homemade dessert buffet and cocktails made at the moment. Enjoy a delicious late breakfast or an early lunch in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, enlivened by the best music.

We wait for you from 13:00h to 16:30h, in the bright Glasss Restaurant and the Verbena Terrace.
