The Paradiso team, chosen as the best cocktail bar in the world in 2022 by The World's 50 Best Bars, arrives at Monument Hotel to surprise our clients with their most incredible signature cocktails.
Every other Thursday from 7pm to 12am you can enjoy the liquid creations of Giacomo Giannotti and their bartenders at Verbena Terrace.

Besides a selection of Paradiso's iconic cocktails, Altlantide, Punch In a Bottle or Cherry Negroni, Giacomo Giannotti and their creative team have created some special and exclusive cocktails for our hotel such as: Mango Cha Cha Cha, a combination of Pisco Gobernador, Aperol, mango wine, yuzu and banana syrup.
The Paradiso Cocktails are also the best accompaniment for the delicious side dishes created by our chefs Martín Berasategui and Gabriele Milani. An authentic gastronomic match that you can't miss.
