Four hands Menu
One night, two chefs, four hands ... Next Tuesday, March 17, Oria Restaurant will be the scene of an unforgettable gastronomic evening. Within the framework of the third edition of "Passeig de Gourmets", Martín Berasategui and Xabi Goikoetxea will offer a 4-handed dinner where both chefs will join their talent to surprise us with a unique joint proposal.

Cod gelee with pickled asparagus and its cream with caviar
Roasted crayfish with black garlic emulsion, light avocado gazpacho and smoked sardine
Oxtail ravioli with a horn of plenty foam and liquid Reblochon cheese bonbon
Crunchy sea bass fillet, iodized tartar of scallops, seaweed and cauliflower cous cous
Tenderloin steak on a chlorophyll herbal bed, seasonal peas and truffle spheres
Creamy Greek yogurt, frozen pearls of red fruits and lemon peel ice cream
