Chef Martin Berasategui's brunch
Basque gastronomy will be the protagonist of our brunch. There will be classics such as cod omelette, “kokotas”, fried hake, “txangurro” or “txuletón”, a tribute to the origins of Martín.
All this combined with our selection of fresh dishes, homemade dessert buffet and cocktails made at the moment. Enjoy a delicious late breakfast or an early lunch in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, enlivened by the best music.
